Who we are

WOOD ORGANIZATION is a newly owned Canadian exterior installations & property maintenance company based in Vancouver.


Our Installations Division specializes in the installation of aluminum seamless rain gutters, downpipes, and both vinyl & aluminum soffits.

Our Repair & Maintenance Division specializes in a large range of both commercial & residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof maintenance & restoration and power washing services.

We are highly qualified professionals with over 17 years experience and are NOW proudly serving the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and the Whistler areas.

Greater Vancouver: North & West Vancouver, Downtown Vancouver, South & East Vancouver, Vancouver's West Side, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows & Port Moody.

Residential

We clean windows

  • We clean all types of glass including French doors, balcony glass, skylight windows, storefront windows, lead frame windows and much more!
  • We only use environmentally friendly chemicals so it does not harm the environment.
  • All windows are hand cleaned and no spots or streaks are left behind!
  • We clean built in, metal, plastic, wood and skylight gutter tracks!

We clean gutters 

  • All gutters are cleaned and flushed by hand!
  • We also offer an exterior gutter washing service for that over the top look!

We power wash

We are Licensed, WCB registered & carry a Liability Insurance policy of $5,000,000!
